Use of the Online Shopping Cart: Our online shopping cart is intended to be used solely for the purpose of ordering goods. You may not use the shopping cart for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or in a way that violates any applicable laws or regulations.

Billing Terms: When you place an order through our online shopping cart, you agree to pay the listed price for the goods and services. Including applicable taxes and other charges. Payment must be made at the time of ordering, and we accept all major credit and debit cards.

Goods and services that require delivery and set up catering services:

Cancellation Policy Our catering business operates on a tight schedule and has a limited capacity to accommodate orders. We allocate our resources and staff in advance based on the number of confirmed orders, which makes last-minute cancellations a significant challenge for us. We also purchase and prepare fresh ingredients in advance for each event.

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can happen, and we will do our best to work with you to reschedule or modify your catering order whenever possible. However, we ask that you provide us with as much notice as possible to minimize the impact on our business and help us serve all of our customers to the best of our ability.

Our cancellation policy is in place for cancellations made within 15 days of the event date.

If you cancel your catering order within 15 days of the event date, the following charges will apply:

25% of the total catering cost for cancellations made between 15 and 10 days before the event date.

50% of the total catering cost for cancellations made between 9 and 3 days before the event date.

100% of the total catering cost for cancellations made within 3 days of the event date.

We require a written notice of cancellation for all catering orders. In the event of a cancellation, any deposits or pre-payments made for the event will be forfeited and used to cover any expenses or losses incurred by St. Pete Dessert Catering Co.

Shipping Policy

Shipping is the charge for catalog and internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport, and handling. Special requests, including specification of carrier and/or future delivery dates, may include additional charges. Delivery times are not guaranteed, notwithstanding additional charges, but are our best approximation and will vary with specific requests, such as gift box and gift wrap.

Delivery is offered from our retailer for products and services that are sold in-store. We strive to provide the best delivery experience possible. As such, we allow our customers to select a preferred delivery time and date. We will make every effort to meet this delivery time; however, please note that unforeseen events may cause delays.

If, for any reason, we are unable to deliver your order at the selected time, we will make every effort to contact you and inform you of the delay. We will work with you to reschedule the delivery at a time that is convenient for you.

Please note that our delivery times may vary depending on factors such as traffic, weather conditions, and other events that are outside of our control. While we will make every effort to ensure that your order is delivered promptly, we cannot guarantee that it will arrive at the selected time.
